What exercises should I do to strengthen my joints for Capoeira?
I am learning Capoeira and hopefully soon XMA. I am a 6’3″, 18 year old guy who is pretty flexible. I am 179lbs. I have some muscle mass, but my joints are weak. my hips and elbows crack when i exercise them and it can get irritating but not extremely painful. I practice twice a week and have been doing it almost 1/2 a year so far.
